1. Eligibility & User Representation
To register an account or utilize the Crypzai.uk ecosystem, you must satisfy the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Geographic Jurisdiction: You must not reside in any sanctioned territory (including jurisdictions subject to UK HM Treasury, OFSI, FATF, or UN restrictions).
- Identity Verification: You must complete all mandated Tier 1 and Tier 2 KYC/AML identity verification checks prior to fiat deposit or withdrawal.
- Authority: If acting on behalf of a corporate entity, you warrant that you are duly authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. Account Security & Web3 Credentials
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, two-factor authentication (2FA) hardware keys, and Web3 private keys.
- Crypzai will never ask you for your private recovery seed phrase or password.
- Any transaction authorized via verified 2FA or signed Web3 wallet message is deemed authentic and irreversible under blockchain protocol constraints.
- Notify our security desk immediately at security@crypzai.uk if you suspect unauthorized account access.
3. Trading, Staking & Yield Modules
Crypzai.uk provides order matching, liquidity aggregation, and automated staking packages (including Lightning, Brightening, and Global Node Pools).
Spot & Swap Orders
Execution prices are based on live order book liquidity and external pricing feeds. Slippage limits apply during volatile network conditions.
Staking & Rewards
Staking reward percentages represent estimated annualised yields and depend on on-chain network difficulty, node up-time, and proof-of-stake validation rewards.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on the platform:
- Market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or front-running practices.
- Using mixers, tumblers, or obfuscation protocols to disguise illicit funds.
- Conducting transactions in violation of UK Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing laws.
- Reverse-engineering, probing vulnerabilities, or initiating DDoS attacks against platform nodes.
5. Fees, Limits & Governing Law
Trading maker/taker fees, blockchain withdrawal network gas fees, and staking protocol margins are published dynamically on the Fee Schedule.
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
